Jiaxing Seagull Paper Products was founded early back in 1953 as a state-owned Company originally, when just 4 years later after the People’s Republic of China was founded, it’s been over 60 years in the printing and paper products manufacturing industry, and reformed as a private shareholding Company in 2003, and we moved to the current factory location in 2014, well running and developed so far.
We have achieved a lot of awards issued by the government and industries associations during the developing milestones, we are one of the Drafting Committee of China Printing Industry Quality Standards Guidance, now our experience and focus is dedicated to higher end quality work and customer service whilst adhering to world benchmarks in social compliance and sustainability supply chain.
Our location advantage is where we close to Shanghai and Ningbo Ports, east of China, which area also affords us competitive and efficient manufacturing cost on supply chain, FOB handling cost and available for various sourcing options of stationery, plastic and fabric plush components, and light electronic components, easy sourcing options and one-stop solution offered.

FQC: Inspection taken once production completed, but before bulks released for shipment, issue and record with final QC report.
